So, a few years ago this guy worked for me. Only for a couple of months. Anyway, as part of the boss class I wasn't aware of this at the time, but his peers maintained a journal of his life for the year of 2003.

It's now published as a blog with monthly updates, start at the bottom. It's fucking frightening.
