SvC is a poor game featuring poor graphics, mdiocre animations and limited gameplay. I played it in Japan then played it here in France, and I didn't like it at all. I understand that som people may enjoy playing that game, but for me it's not even worth the check.
Didn't know it was there... o_O
I didn't check actually... Guess I'll have to go to la tête dans les nuages this week end.

Very nice review you gave SonGohan!:)

Yeah, seconded. Couldn't say it better myself. The game has flaws, yes, but most people lose sight of the fact of how FUN it can be. If they could just fix the glitches and make the gameplay a bit more solid, I think ti would surpass CVS2.

I like both CVS2 and SVC BTW.

Ok I can deal with some of those opinions, but MEDIOCRE ANIMATION!?!? You'd have to be a complete moron (sorry no offense) to miss the greatly animated characters like Shiki and Demitri.

I played it first hand at lee grays.
My first impression was "well the graphics certainly dont look half as good as the pre screen shots and hype"....than I realised Lee had a shit TV! Kidding!

Actually as the game went on, Lee explained all the hidden fighters and some of the stages I saw were downright amazing and a real throwback to the days of SNK innovation in ng's such as samurai shdodown2

i also like the 2 level energey bar, it makes for very satisfying fights and lessens cheap damage.
The capcom characters have been represented very well and the roster is very solid.i love the hidden characters and rich storylines. But whois the red arredeber??? Looks great to play though and again a totally different character to play against than most SNK games.
Overall I think SNK V Capcom is great and Im going to try and buy the home cart

Damn, that is the first thing I thought too when I saw SilverWolf's thread. Why have you(SilverWolf) been bashing the game and its mechanics when today was the first day that you have played it? Hmmmm...are some (not all) people just bashing this game to try and appear to be "cool" or elite? I don't get it. I am not trying to outrightly offend anyone. I am just perplexed.

The same thing crossed my mind when I saw this thread. Hey, at least he has proof to back up his arguments now. ;)

Who knows, he might have some friends who didn't like the game and he took their opinions as fact before trying it himself?

I love the game

I just played the game tonite, I have to go across the river to play any decent games, we have no arcade in my town! Well, they have a few games at the mall, but soul calibur is not my dig. I went in to play metal slug 4, but i saw SNK vs Capcom! i played with kim, then akuma. I love this game. I just wish it'd come out on dreamcast, along with all the other recent SNK games. I PRAY they have one last pity and put another game on dreamcast. well, anyway, i just had a blast, and was stoked the whole time playing, oh i also love the capcom vs snk games. Why do some of you bitch? they can't be exact to the other series, look at the wonderful qualitites and magic in a game, or don't even pick it up if you're looking for something to cry about. Gaming should be fun, and appreciated. I wasn't expecting an snk style snk vs capcom and am just happy it's here.
