He's probably only 12 or close to that - he probably can't remember the NGPC even being in the shops.
I can remember (just !) being that young and wandering round every shop in town for weeks just to try and save a few pence on some game.
If your only source of income is pocket money $70 can seem like a lot.
I know it seems like 20 questions all the time - my son is the same - but it will be guys like this that keep the Neo Geo scene going.
After all, nobody has to reply to his posts. He'll soon get fed up if no-one does.
