sorry about the quality of the pictures, that's how they where sent to me.

these where confirmed to be legit by the seller -
I have no reason to doubt this person, he is above board in alot of the stuff we've dealt with and discussed in the past
they where official Capcom distributers in south america though, that's a fact.

amongst the Hyper Street Fighter 2 Anniversary Edition there is apparently a yellow cased board - rental right?




also can anyone tell me what a yellow Rockman CPS2 a+b board goes for (the first Rockman).

and Red Earth whilst we're at it.

The graphics roms have the rome code stamped on them (HS2-XX), so I'm gonna say legit.

erm... apparently they are the US versions... I didn't know it was released in the US? I need more info - maybe I will get some pictures showing this.

so anyone think that the AE the guy is talking to me about are the Asian version (which are in english right?) or could there be a legit US version?

still waiting for some key answers from him, but I find it hard to believe that he's going to be telling me its the US version when it is infact Asian. then again if no-one's ever heard of a US version of AE I find it unlikely that this be it.

I'm sorry if I came over as dismissive, it wasn't my intention. if you wanted that kind of information I'm just a pm away.

by top dollar I mean around 700-750 dollars a piece depending on how many I buy, but I'm not interested in taking them unless the price dips more and they turn out to be US version. they don't come with art so that's even less enticing.


there's no such thing as the US version, then he must have his facts wrong, but I will give him the benefit of the doubt, if only because he knows what he's talking about most of the time. that's most of the time, not always. I await fotographic evidence. if they end up being US version that would make them pretty damn rare. doubtful eh?

I think they may be really limited US versions that may not even have seen proper release, as they where recieved without the casing - all the material was sent directly from Japan by Capcom, and only a couple where recieved. won't go as far as saying prototypes but what else would they be if they are indeed US versions in the shape they where sent.

hey it's not outside the realm of possibilities. hopefully I should have photographic evidence soon.
