How many MVS boards do you own?

Hey, just wondering how many people out there have multiple MVS.

Do you try to buy many of the same board or diversify?

Do you keep them around for parts, or just because you're a collector?

I have the following boards...

2 x MV1C - 1 in a cab and 1 in a JNX CMVS, both used regularly
2 x 4 slots - MV4FT & MV4FT2 - never use, would like to get rid of them
1 x MV1B - part of Irritating Maze kit

I like the MV1C design, though I will say the sound quality is slightly better on the larger boards. Not interesting in collecting board variants. There are probably 20+ different ones.

I have the following.

2x MV-1C
2x MV-1FS
1x MV-1FZ
1x MV-1B
1x MV-4

Most of those I obtained from lots and just been too lazy to sell. With the exception of the MV-4 which is in my cab and a MV-1C in my JNX CMVS.

I hate the MV-1C, its damn near impossible to find one with a backup battery circuit that doesn't leak current.

I've got a 4 slot in my big red and a single slot to throw in the jamma cabs when I feel like it.

I had a spare 4 slot and a couple spare 1 slots at one point, but sold them off. Wish I didn't though as now my boards are starting to develop issues... Probably worth hanging on to a few spares.

1FS in my Super Neo 29, 1C in a home made CMVS and just recently got another 1C to build a better CMVS.

Just a vanilla MV-1 for that sweet stereo sound and the MV-IC compatibility for me

I’ve got 3. 2x2 slots (one as a backup for my arcade) and one of Xian’s CMVSs.

I have a MV-1FZ and a MV-1B. The MV-1B was the second one I got that is specifically for use (due to its compact size) with a small supergun. The other one is in a Jamma cab. No collecting of boards here, both for practical purposes.

Uh...collecting boards, lol

Too funny and what a stupid thing to be a snob about.

Or you're bragging perhaps?

Thank you for the laugh!

Just the Omega.

I had a big cab with an MV1FZ but I sold it to Poppy.

I have a 2-slot. Looking to eventually get a MV1S to take places and play on my Super Gun. I love my Big Red Though. A 4-slot would be cool since my cab is designed for one, but maybe in the future. I kinda like the simplicity and stability of the 2-slot best.
