How do I lay out my buttons?

Hey guys.

I have been working on this Aero City for a bit, and I finally got this garbage replacement panel filled. Now I have to get it drilled so I can place these buttons.

What do you guys do to lay out your shit?

Use diagrams from google and print them off and mark them on whatever I'm drilling. Just do a search for arcade button layout and several different styles will come up. If you use the template you won't have to work about spacing at all.

The sizing keeps printing all screwed up. I've tried like 20 times, and it just keeps coming out too large. I just thought some of you guys may have a better idea.
