How about a 'Code of Conduct' for the forums?

I think there should be a specifically drawn out set of rules for the message boards.

It might help the n00bers understand what it acceptable behaviour, and warnings about scamming and trading over the message boards.

It might actually help prevent so many of those lame flame threads.
