Help with PS One VCD (D.I.Y Movie card II by Gamars)

Hi,

I just recieved my PS One back with VCD mod.
The brand is:

Unfortunately, I can't get the thing to work at all with any (PS games/VCD/Music) disc. Now when I turn on the PS One, the new menu pops up and is all in chinese (as is the instruction). I am clueless. Can anyone tell me how to operate my PS One now? Any info will be appreciate it. Thanks.

Thanks. Already e-mailed ncsx. I know that at least one member here got the same brand. So, thought it was worth a shot to post.
