Help with diagnosing graphic issue.

Hi to everyone, I am having issue with AES KOF 94 cart, some of the sprites have lines through them it only happens on certain characters and only in this game cart. If anyone could point me in the right direction as to where I should start looking I would be very grateful. Pictures of glitch attached. TIA
