Well when I first got my Aes a While back ago I only had one game that a friend had given me. I finally got the chance to get another game and when I turned on my Neo it all ran great, except for the fact that it had wavy lines on screen which kind of distracted me. I came to the forums and read that most members suggested to clean the cart and the slots with a q-tip and it should resolve the problem. I did so and it made things even worse. Now not only do I have the lines but also no sound, except for certain bleeps such as on character select screens when you rotate to choose different characters (all other sound are dead). If the system has some sound but lacks others is it the game or the system. How many sound chips does the Neo have. Could all but one sound chip have been destroyed or is the game bad.I would appreciate any suggestions or advise. I could try another game but the person nearest me that has games lives 85 miles away. Could anyone give me some advice before I make that trip?

You have to use contact cleaner with the cotton buds - rubbing a dry one on the contacts won't do any good, and a wet one can be dangerous as water and electricity don't mix!

I go for non-lubricating contact cleaner - go to radio shack or mcm electronics' web site <IMG SRC="smilies/wink.gif" border="0">
