Very quick and very easy to deal with. I've yet to hear an issue with them.

I bought some harnesses and adapters from them over the last year (several purchases). Their customer service and communication are good, you can track order progress on their website, and they ship quickly. Some stuff on their inventory is on hand but some things like harnesses they make when you order so it won't ship out until it's ready (maybe 5 days tops).
