Slerch666 has a bit of a horror story to tell.

I hear their superguns are junk, too. I personally have had no experience with them.

i've bought from them three times before. each time was smooth and shipping was quick. the prices weren't too bad either; not too cheap, not too expensive. they gave me a returning customer discount of 20% on my third purchase.

GW Trading also sells on ebay under the ID gwgat. I've bought from them many times and have never had any problems. Never got a boot from them either.

I own an HGA v 1.3. Their superguns are quality. They can also special order virtually any rare PCB one would want. Their superguns are customizable and their customer support is great.

I also purchased from them on ebay. Got metal slug. Didnt work, filthy, dirty cart. Cleaned the crap out of it and still didnt work. Sent it back and they overnighted a new one that was clean and worked and still works great! So they were very helpfull and didnt leave me with a broken cart! Thanks GW! Joe

A friend bought a Slug 2 cart from them a couple years ago and recently I confirmed it to be a bootleg. A poor one at that.
Beware when buying heavily booted games from them. I don't think they intend to sell boots but I doubt they know the difference either.

A friend of mine bought an MVS cart off of his website, and after inspection, turned out it was a complete BOOTLEG and so they returned it to him,

They should not be in the business of selling MVS carts if they don't know what they are selling. They should take the time to open up and inspect what they are selling off to innocent others as "authentic."

When I owned my MAS SUPERNOVA I did quite a bit of business with them:

Devastators
SDF Macross
SDF Macross II
Macross Plus
Top Gunner {Jackal}
P.O.W.

... but then I ordered a Super Contra PCB listed as in "Warehousing" meaning they needed to get it from a storage facility in Hong Kong. Instead it turned out their guys on that side of things sent the regular Contra game instead, thus I waited even longer. In the end I never recieved my SUPER CONTRA game and the P.O.W. PCB was sent as a lender until my product arrived... but it never arrived, and eventually I sold my SUPERNOVA along with that game. Thus I'd tell people to be a bit weary of their business practices. I've have yet to have a problem with Coin Op Express though.

I've bought from them 2 or 3 times...very nice to deal with. Although I ordered a Golden Axe the Duel cart from them, and they sent me a Virtua Fighter remix cart....Its been almost a month now and they haven't fixed the mix up. But they are very helpful. I will continue to deal with them [assuming I get Golden Axe soon]

So far i've only bought one game from them once through ebay.It was a copy of MSX on MVS a bare cart. When i got the game i tired it out useing the phantom 1 all i got was a "flashing screen" and some werid clicking nose.I wasn't sure if it was a boot or my model aes that i have couldn't play it.

So i sent the copy of msx back and exchange it for a copy of, Shock Troopers wich plays fine.I'm not sure if i'll buy from them... agian in the future all i can say is be careful when buying from Great Western Tradeing Co. :shame:

Oh my god dude I'm not even sure where to start. First off I get this complete piece of shit system that flickers on pretty much every MVS game I own and both of the joysticks are fucked up. They say oh turn the knob its okay thats normal, my ass man. So I send the shit back to gwtrading, they fixed it somewhat but not nearly the kind of quality I wanted (still flickering a lot). Needless to say I was unsatisfied with the supergun and will of course never buy another thing off Gwfaggots. !!WARNING DO NOT BUY AN HGA!! You will be in for a huge disappointment and a large amount of money wasted.

Reply to Riob 420,

Atleast u should have decency to used nice language .The product U bought had a 7 day trial, satisfaction guaranteed plus we offer 180 days warranty for functionality and material defects which includes parts and labor, if there is any defect after expiration of the warranty period we will do our best to find a solution that is agreeable to you.

U shoud have called us that u are facing problems with flickering, U never called nor complained , I wonder why you kept quite and instead wrote bad remarks, It seems that U are acting on behalf of our competitors to defame our product.

If you are still having problems with our product we will be glad to repair free of cost but for God sake don't keep quite and please inform us .

Reply to Tron,

We don't sell any copies , I repeat we don't sell and it is our policy that any customer who is not satisfied with the product can ask for exchange with in 7 days so my questions is what did u loose ? U got a exchange and the game worked. But why did u write careful . We extended full coperation and assisted in every way . It seems that you had no prior knowledge of used games and one learns from experience . Some times the old carts need cleaning of pin outs or the cart has to adjusted. Please think before u talk or leave any remark.

U are are not buying brand new stuff ,the games u are bought are used and about 10-12 years old and the price u bought was also cheap .Please don't be dissapointed , We have 100 % feed back in Ebay and to maintain 100% feed back we have to be very careful with the buyers and we always treat them with dignity and provide every assistance to make customer happy.
We woud like you to come back and if u have any problem we will be happy to assist you .
