Gunlord, "You are Cute" filter?

So I've seen a number of screenshots of the intro of gun lord where instead of saying B***** he says YOU ARE CUTE.
I assumed this was something you could set in the soft dips, or something that changed depending on whether you were playing it in home mode or arcade mode like the blood in some games, but after going through all the settings and modes I can't figure out how to change it.

I have my Neo Cab set up in a public place where it get's a lot of play from people that are a lot of different ages.

Does any one know how to change this? As it is I won't be able to leave it in there due to small children.. repeating things..

It was changed to "You are cute" in the Dreamcast release.

BAH so there's no way then? That's rough... I wonder if they could work that into an update some time..

They did something similar (I believe?) concerning NeoXYX on Neo and Dreamcast.

When you drop your medal count on DC, the pilot exclaims "Doh!"... but, from what I can gather from images plastered ALL OVER the DC box art (would you believe?), I reckon it says "Fuck!" in the NeoGeo version instead.

I could be wrong... as this is just a presumption
