Thanks to GeoStigma for the XBox games. All were in satisfactory condition and pack job was OK. You might want to stuff the box more in the future though, it got cratered pretty bad but everything came through alright.

Thanks to zapatistab for the PS2 Tenchu. Item arrived very quickly, very nice condition.

Thanks to vwlunatic for... well, I forgot what I bought from him actually. Probably Saturn games judging by the price but I deleted the e-mail. Regardless, I was happy with the items.

As for youvebeenbeat, the Fatal Fury MotW was in excellent shape, but Last Blade 2 does not appear to be factory sealed and the shrink has holes in it which was not mentioned. I may be writing this seller to see if he will take LB back or maybe credit back about $15 (I have no problem paying $35 for a reseal, but not $50). If MotW hadn't been an OK deal I would be unsatisfied. So this is not a positive feedback, really, more of a neutral for now.

You might wanna:

a) post in another forum to lose the huggies.

b) leave these guys feedback via the feedback system.....

I'm not so concerned about posting in the other forums, but what is this about the feedback system? I was under the impression that I either post feedback in a new thread or as a reply to an existing feedback thread and the feedback forum mod reviews it?

Sorry about posting new threads for feedback, but I do so because I'm usually posting feedback for several transactions at once. I also didn't see anything in the stickies that said I had to leave feeback one certain way.

Well, I e-mailed about the resealed LB2. The seller was not willing to take a return and also was not OK with a partial refund for misrepresenting the item.

He indicated that he 'bought it new and sealed from a game store' and that some games were wrapped in the normal plastic wrap and some in this cheap shrinkwrap. I've never personally seen any factory sealed DC games with this cheap kind of cling/shrink wrap on it (the kind that bunches up esp. in the corners).

Has anyone here ever seen any factory sealed DC games with that kind of wrap? I'm thinking the seller just doesn't want to take his item back or was sold a resealed game and doesn't realize it.

Any thoughts? Should I leave a neutral feedback? Can the seller nail me with a negative in retaliation if I do?

1st question: No. Either he's pulling your leg, or he is sincere and bought it that way. Second rate stores and fea markets, use crappy wrap all the time. Then try to say it's new.

Second question: Any member can leave what ever type of feedback he or she wants.

I would leave a neutral feedback, if they leave you a negative feedback, report the bad rating (the little triangle with an exclamation point) or just PM one of the Admins on here.

Also, make sure you leave a detailed description for how the item arrived and what exactly happened.

Sounds good. Yeah, I really can't let this go completely so I will leave a neutral. This is definitely something others should be aware of when buying from the guy. I mean even the MotW isn't in that great of shape now that I look at it. That one I can kind of fix with some superglue or contact cement at least.

And, yeah, this isn't eBay so the mods only stand to lose if by sheltering the bad sellers. I'm sure they're more reasonable than the former.

I guess as long as the LB2 disc is in really good shape (I'm going to HAVE to open it now, there's no way I think this is really factory sealed and curiousity demands that I inspect it) then I can just consider the MotW to be $65 and LB2 $35. Then it doesn't feel like I got burned (much). Oh, well.

Bottom line: if he said it was factory sealed, and obviously wasn't, you desrve some kind of compensation.
