Good ESR meter?

Looking for an ESR meter, saw these cheaper ones on ebay and amazon. Anyone know anything about these or have any suggestions for a good meter that isnt super expensive?

So that one does lcr and esr, seems like a good choice for the money. Hope it has good instructions though, might be getting in over my head =O

Yes it does Esr. It has downloadable English instructions if you need it. Use mine primarily for supercaps projects.
