Good/Bad Buyers/Sellers list

Sorry if this has been already been handled but may I suggest to create a reliable/unreliable sellers/buyers list. Not exactly like e-bay but something that would permit people to vote their favorites, or at least to reflect their opinion about some buyer/sellers, hence the selling forum will be free of this kind of posts, and all of us will be able to have a reference before doing business with others.
