Going rate for a VF4 Evo artset?

I have an offer to purchase a VF4:Evo artset, which is in pretty damned good condition. It comes with a Euro marquee (for the naomi universal, jap-style), two move list cards, a 1P and 2P card, the manual for VF4 evo, and 7 instruction cards in 7 different languages. Now let's get one thing straight. I am completely new to this scene. I had one arcade when i was 10, I completely took everything apart and thats basically how I know as much as I do. But as far as prices, thats a whole new ballpark.

So for an art set like this, how much would it cost? And, if possible, how much would it cost with only US/ENG instruction cards? I need to know as I need to make this person an offer and in the effort of fairness havent even the slightest clue where to start.
