I'm good at repeating tasks on a daily basis to improve various aspects of my life/endeavors, but this mindset has never transfered over to actually getting proficient at Fighting games.
And I like Fighter's too... I've played them as long as I've been playing games and to this day I still enjoy watching pro players go at it. But whenever I make an effort to get better, I end up doing really well for a few weeks or so and then give up even though that reason is never due to a lack of enjoyment.
So, I'm once again making it a point to learn this genre and this time in the form of Third Strike, a game I have never played much and is honestly a bit daunting when considering the rabid playerbase an amount of time they've been playing.
Fixed my laptop a few weeks ago and got a wired connection setup so Fightcade is good to go again.
I'll be over on there at least for a few matches a day or doing Training Mode stuff, so let's see how this goes this time around.
So yeah... tips/advice welcomed or setting up matches shall be a thing if people want to slap me around.
