Here is what I have available for sale/trade, I will add to this as I uncover more stuff. Prices do not include shipping. Looking to trade for just about anything games related, but my current wants are at the bottom of this post. Either way let me know what you have and maybe we can work out a deal!
Audio Authority Component to RGB Transcoder $30
Transcoder and power supply only. Converts Component YPbPr signal to RGBS or RGBHV, with no lag as far as I could tell. These work pretty well, I was using one along with my Extron Super Emotia to play Emus on the original Xbox in 240p on my RGB monitor.
Here are some pictures of one of these transcoders connecting a Nintendo Wii via component cables converted to RGB for my XM29. Samurai Shodown screens are in 480i, the rest 480p
Extron Super Emotia Scan Converter $60
If you're looking for one of these you probably already know what it does. Great for converting to a 240p signal. Unit works well, just have no need for it anymore. I have a homemade power supply I can include with it (see pic) but you may want to replace the din connector with a more solid one.
Blaze DC VGA Box
For Sega Dreamcast. Works fine, once in a while theres some color distortion but wiggling the cable takes care of it (which is why the cable is in a knot). I never bothered to fix it because it works 99% of the time with no issue, but I just bought a Kuro so no longer need this.
