Real release. It's a bug fix and rebalance of things that were broken in 1.0

Oh cool, I got just vanilla 1.0 but had seen some stuff dbstallman did to modify the board to play an enhanced version with the gradius style weapon system etc. if it's a simple rom swap I would love to try it but wouldn't want to make any permanent changes to the original board as its so pricey these days.
