Formatting the AES memory card...please help!

I'm sure this has been asked a million times:

Could someone please post the English translations for formatting the AES memory card on a JPN AES? As in the screen you get when you try formatting it for the first time.

So you figured out how to access he secret memory card menu... As your friendly translator, I will tell you what is written on the menu screen:

1. Card Format
2. Data Name wo hyoji (display data files)
3. Data Copy
4. Data wo kesu (wipe out data file)
5. User name
6. Owaru (Finish)

familiarize yourself with the spelling of Owaru (asobi wa owarida!), as you have to select it to exit form the User Name screen. Other than that, hitting B cancels back tothe main menue screen.
