Firefly/Serenity MMORPG?

I just got a call from a friend who's at a Serenity/Firefly gathering nearby, and he says he's overheard that a Firefly MMORPG is supposed to be announced today. Anyone have further info?

I'm a little concerned that they're using a sort of "make your own MMO" engine, but I will be hoping for the best. That universe still has plenty of tales to tell.

The MMORPG genre is sorely lacking in short-lived, overlooked sci-fi western TV shows that gain most of their following after its cancellation and then get turned into $39,000,000 budgeted movies that come close to breaking even in the box office but get solid reviews and should've done better intake-wise based on those reviews but don't because the average filmgoer is an idiot who would rather see Jodie Foster look for a daughter that or may or not even exist on some giant-ass plane for two hours.
