Ok so I've been talking about this thing forever, I asked millions of annoying questions on here (which unlike most forums, people politely answered!) and then I even teased with custom joystick pictures and some build progress shots.

So to not waste time and get to the good stuff, here it is.

I couldn't have done it without you guys. Thanks to anyone who ever helped me out on this, there are too many to remember.

Special thanks to

That's georgeous, man!

I like that you made an enclosure within the enclosure so that you can't see the board through the cart slot.

Between the CMVS and the awesome cutsom sticks, you have a beautiful set.

Came out sweet dude. Now make more.

I like the PCB cover. I still want to incorporate a slot flap like the AES.

I tried to think of some sort of flap but this was the best I could come up with. Its really simple actually, just a piece of translucent plastic (sort of like milk jug plastic) bent in two places with a hold big enough for the connector to fit through, then I just wedged it in there. Its not too advanced but it keeps the dust out of the rest of the system.

Came out really nice, it has some really nice touches you don't often see, if ever.

Man.... its absolutely beautiful, well done! That is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I love it!! The shape, design, colours, its very impressive!

EDIT: would it be possible to put a memory card slot next to the control ports at the front? that'd be a ....useful feature..... i guess? but nonetheless, fantastic consolised MVS, and a question to anyone, where the hell do you start if planning on making one? just a basic box will do for me :p - i bought 7 faulty 1 slot MVS' so i'm gonna try and fix a few, payed 90 australian dollars for them so i'll see what i can do with them :P

I think there would be room for one.....maybe. I haven't seen the MVS memory card slot connector in person. There is a fair bit of room under the board and its not too heavy on wiring that if the board wasn't too big it should work. I'll save that for next time ;-)

It looks really professional. In contrary to other cmvs units I saw, this one looks really solid and dust proof. Congrats!
