Fatal Fury Wild Ambition for PS? is it any good?

i was wondering if Fatal Fury Wild Ambition is any good for PS. i never played the hyper 64 neo geo never seen on in my life. So i will probly order this just so i might get a taste of what it was like <IMG SRC="smilies/frown.gif" border="0"> lol

Not really. The only redeeming quality for the PS title is that the opening movie like intro is amazing. I played both, and even though both aren't that great, I prefered the arcade one for slightly tighter control & responsivess. I would only recommend for die hard fan of FF. I could care less about bad graphics (like we are talking about worse than Street Fighter Ex here--the first one), but the gameplay made me loose interest.

If you want a good PS FF/RB title for PS, I would suggest Real Bout: Dominated Mind--it plays infintely better, and is kind of orignal to boot.

where can i get that real bout? i love Real Bout 2 for neo i LOVE that game my absolute favorite!!!!! and is this real bout for playstation an import? cuz if so then i'll have to mod my PS2 to be able to play the dam thing.

Well, it's more like RB 1 1/2. RB: DM is import only, and NCSX had it awhile ago. BTW, there are 2 versions--reg & limited. limited comes w/ extra disc (omake). Just the reg is well worth it, though.

The gameplay is in tact for the most part in the PSX version, but they did take some moves and combos out, I read that in a faq, that some of the combos from the arcade version wont work.

Mr. Karate and Duck King are in the PSX version only, but the graphics look like shit compared to the hyper version, the hyper also has better animation and high res.
