Fatal fury cart repair?

Hello I would like to know if my copy of fatal fury has been repaired or what exactly is going on looks like a set 1 board with all the correct mask roms but has 3 window eproms 1 Toshiba that looks like it goes on a set 4 board the soldering on the back looks perfect

Yes, that would be a repair. Some odd times it can also be a program ROM update, a bugfix.

Yeah, looks like a repair or a fix from SNK. You should put some stickers or black tape over the windows to protect this cartridge going forward.

Can this be moved to the Boot or No Boot board?

The windows on top of those rom chips are used to erase the rom. Over time, UV light exposure to those windows can cause data to be lost. Covering them up will protect them from possible UV light exposure (the carts have vents that can allow some light through).

It is not a boot or a repair. This is a factory produced original SNK cart. The end.
