Fatal Fury AES JP Cart - Sprite scaling issue

Hi All,

Just got a really nice condition JP Fatal Fury 1 AES in the mail and all seemed great until you jump into the back plane and then this happens;

(Notice the flicking and missing pixels in the Characters) - This is the only problem

Could this be as simple as a cold solder joint? Considering what it cost to send it, not sure its quite worth posting it back, and I have a soldering station with flux/desolder etc.
