I was going to pick up the DS version but I read the local multi-player is very limited. I read that you can't play through the entire game together but only the multi level pyramid.

I always looked at DE as a multi-player game, so that kind of confused me.

Yeah the MP is only for the very large multi floor Dungeon. Kinda weird. The single player game is pretty fun though. Its worth a spin.

I will probably pick this up when I get some more time. I saw a few copies at Best Buy when it first came out but when I was there a few days later they were all gone.

Does it play similar to the DE on the TG16?

I plays like DE but add upgrades and skills from Diablo/PSO with a new targeting system and you have this version.
