Okay, I just received my Super Neo Candy and I have a few questions because I know nothing about these things:

1) Since it's Japanese, do I need a step down converter?
2) Do I just unplug the unit from the wall when I'm done playing or can I hit that On/Off button (I think it's a test button?)inside the cabinet?
3) I don't think my select button is working. How do I test or fix this?
4) I put dip switch 7 down on free play, but should both 1 player and 2 player start when I press start just on one side?

Thanks everyone!

1) nope, japan uses 110 V as well.
2) unplugging is better.
3) uhm.. hit it and see if it switches games.. if not, it might not be wired up right.
4) in most games, if player 2 hits start, both players start the game, if player 1 hits start, a single player game is started.

I have a candy and I leave it pluged in and just turn it on from the inside switch when I want to play. As for you select button there is an option in the setup to alow you to free select a game. And with the free play I noticed with mine that if you press the 2nd player start it will start a game for 2 players. I know with the dedicated red us mvs systems you can play on the right side if you want to but it dosn't seam that you can do that with the candy's because of there universal credit.

Thanks for your help. Can you tell me how I access the setup to set the Candy to free select?
