Well my degree dissertation was on console development and I have actually developed for multiple games consoles so err...

I didn't say I developed games, but libraries other people used for GBA, DC, psx, just stuff for menus and displaying graphics - mainly helper functions to make it easier to port things

The neocd emulator for DC from years ago uses a framework a friend and I built. This was years ago but it's still on my GitHub

It's just a technical challenge, guys. Nobody actually wants to play Doom.
I still play it. I even played through that 32X remake, on emulator though because I am not retarded. Doom is one of those comfort games I go back to, been playing it since...shareware. [looks in mirror, sees gray beard]
