As in seen onscreen?

Just watching Hollywood Treasures and wondering if anyone here has ever purchased an item from a movie or whatnot?

My wife has a newspaper printed for and used in Batman Begins. She got it from one of the producers (Charles Roven) I believe, when he bought something at her store and she was talking about the movie; we couldn't go see it on opening day because we both had to work, and so he came in the next day and gave her the prop which was when she found out who he was.
We still have the newspaper prop boxed up with some other collectibles in storage.

I'm a huge Smallville fan. This is my most valued object from that.

When Smallville was done they had a huge liquidation sale in Canda. The girl I bought it from came back from a nice haul of stuff. She said the people working there were pulling any clothing item that had a name on it to be taken to archives. She quickly grabbed this shirt worn by Clark and held on to it until about a month ago when I bought it for over $300. I own 1 other screen used piece of art from the show, and this other thing that would be impossible to actually spot.

I have an old helmet that was used in the original Spartacus movie or Jason and the Argonauts or something like that. It's pretty beat up.

When I was in high school, my friends and I used it frequently in our movies. :D

Even though it's gotta be fake like most of the other shows like this, I love Hollywood Treasure. I still find it hard to believe a sweet little family owned Mary Poppins handbag. That thing sold for a mint. It's like the old story of some comic/record shop that was using one of the original Death Star props as a garbage can. Watching the show I'm surprised that actors don't keep or ask to keep props from a film they did. I guess it's just a job, but seeing the one episode of Hollywood Treasure with Sean Austin saying how he lost the One Eyed Willy medallion from The Goonies sucked, because it was either thrown out or just left behind because his parents were moving.

not that it's me,
but I've been told by someone who was friends with Stephen Kings family as kids
that stephen has an attic full of unused props from all his movies.
Makes sense, I guess.

This mask is an almost exact replica of the mask worn in Halloween 2 (1981) made by Cemetery Gate Productions. And the C.O.A. is actually signed by the actual actor who played as Michael Myers in Hallowen 2 Dick Warlock. I love this mask had it for about 5 yeras now and had a custom case made to keep it in. And also got the replica pumpkin of the opening credits for it.

I really wanted a Xena chakram back in the day. The old style one. The New Zeland propmasters on the show were making extras and selling them, but they were a little rich for my blood. Looking at about $500 now.

Same with the prop lightsaber hilts. Always seemed backwards to me that the ones with light-up blades were cheaper than the hilts by themselves. I didn't want the goofy blade. I wasn't going to swing it around like an idiot; I just wanted it to hang on the wall or something.
