This sucks...

But I still think Power Spikes 2 is the real deal. Aero Fighters 3 looks fantastic, I don't know. They both look to be genuine and unfortunately I can't call them fakes and be sure.

If you guys saw these games... I just hope David doesn't have an excuse for this - but then again, he may post up his tax documents and evidence.

He has a letter from SunSoft stating that they made the artwork for Waku Waku 7 U.S. and he has some other evidence that I don't have in my possession.

I just don't know.

These games have to be proven fake 100% with real proof. Hopefully this leads us to find the truth.

Somebody involved in this worked at SNK.

I want closure and I'm sure the people who own the games want the same. Hopefully Jason or David or whoever he is will finally come clean.

But what if he used his alias "David Garrett" to sell these games because he knew if he told me he was Jason Young I wouldn't have messed with it?

Maybe Ray Young had access to SNK.

But this guy TOLD me he walked out of a meeting in Japan between Video Systems and SNK with Power Spikes 2.

And his story of where he got Aero Fighters 3 never changed.

He's either an EXCELLENT liar or there is some truth to this.

I don't know.

These games are either worthless or going to shoot way up in value.

Anything is possible, but I can't answer the question with 100% certainty.

Here's some info. I was on a 3 way call with David and Billy - they were going back and forth answering questions and such. Billy threw David a bunch of curveball questions and David answered them correctly.

If he fooled us, he fooled the best.

I'd trust Billy and Johns opinion over anyone else. That will never change.

But now you guys can clearly see none of us were involved in any scam and just wanted the best for everyone.

Nobody could have known how this would have turned out. I hope David or Jason can finally tell the truth.

I'd say it's pretty damning evidence for the notary to be involved with the graphic design company that is also involved.

If this games should be real, where would they come from?
I guess the "I am a former SNK employee" story is crushed now. Instead he has contacts to companies that are able to reproduce parts needed for a counterfeit.

Using common sense I'd say: it doesn't matter how original they look like, they can't be originals.

Besides, if he signed legal documents with a false name.... ain't this a crime you could sue him for?

I agree that verifying the carts should be #1 priority now. There's some circumstantial evidence that they're fake but I guess that's not enough to rule them out once and for all.

Hope this new info will help to bring this case to a close.
