Running on original CPS-II hardware so every game plays exactly true to the arcade version because it is the exact arcade version. Games are selected via an OSD (On Screen Display) super easy to use interface."

How is the emulation on these? Is there any noticable slowdown in any of the games like there are in some of the MVS XXX-in-1 carts? If not, I'd like to buy this, I know I'm new on these forums, but I can link my ebay history as well as my ArcadeOtaku history.

Its not emulation... Its a real CPS2 mobo with a multirom board full of Phoenix dumps. Also its not really "rare" if you look around...

It took me probably 6 months to find one and that was by pure luck...right place at the right time. It's incredibly rare, as is the CPS1 14 in 1 which took me even longer to find.

Happmart will not have it eventhough they continue to list it on their website. I emailed them back when I was looking and they just told me that it's not being produced anymore....which is true.

Alibaba....lol!....don't waste your time. I sent requests to countless places and they all replied by trying to sell me something else.

The fact is, nobody sells it anymore and nobody is making them anymore. You have to find one second-hand from a private seller, period.

I would never sell either of them (18 in 1 or 14 in 1) and they're worth every penny. The games all work flawlessly on the 18 in 1 in my experience. If I didn't have one already I would have jumped on this guaranteed.

Despite all the thread dumping, I'm still interested in purchasing this, capcombug. I've had the same experience with pipes trying to find one of these. Tons of websites and outlets have them listed but so far none of them have ever had them in stock or been able to source one for me.

technically selling bootlegs here is against the market rules and he is trying to sell it for an extortionate price, so "dumping" on his thread is fair game.

It's actually not a bootleg chief since it's using genuine Capcom hardware. As for the 'extortionate' price comment...considering this is one of only a couple I've seen for sale on this forum in the 4 years I've been here...what is fair value for this in your professional opinion?

All I'm saying is that perhaps that comment was in bad taste considering you're deliberately trying to steer people away from a guys sale.

I suppose by your logic, nothing phoenixed should be sold here as well.

There is a big difference between phoenixed boards and bootlegs like that 18-in-1 piece of shit. Phoenixed boards were authentic capcom games at some point and still are imo if you got the original eproms phoenixed by Razoola and didn't swap them with one of those "phoenixed eproms kits" sold on ebay, especially if you stil have the original shells with the original labels on them. Those 18-in-1 are 100% bootlegs no matter what anyone says. Here's an example: those new AES Metal Slug X boots made out of samsho carts plays the same as the originals but they're just boots while phoenixed Metal Slug X carts are considered as repaired/fixed originals IMO. Just my 2 cents.

Cps2 boards have maskroms. In order to phoenix them, you have to replace the encrypted maskroms with decrypted Roms burnt on EPROMs, no matter if you are Raz or someone selling "kits" on eBay.

Also those 18 in 1 boards iirc use an authentic A board sac'ed from an official game

Motherboards aren't games, I don't think I've ever seen a bootleg cps2 motherboard but whatever. So Raz has been printing those real Capcom stikers himself? Man, I didn't know that. Why does he always ask us to send our maskroms to him if he ends up just burning new eproms then? Fuck this, this is retarded.

Just to clarify for anyone not familiar with this....

They've taken a Cps2 "A" motherboard and uncased it.
Mated it with a modded "B" board with the game roms - which are the same ones used on Phoenixed game boards.

Here it is in action. I'm not sure why some are getting all bent out of shape over it though. I see no issue with having 18 capcom games on one board that play flawlessly on original hardware....what's the problem?

You can't just piggyback 18 games onto 1 like that. They had to create their own customized B board which looks nothing like a real Capcom B-board. The whole B-board is a boot. It's not only the eproms. Also, they had to add another customized little board on the jamma connector for the OSD game selection screen.

I agree. That's basically exactly what I just said. It's a modded 'B' board of course.
