In my 5+ years of online purchasing I have never had an online business deal so wonderfully. I came across coinopexpress.com when I was looking for a PCB of Dangun Feveron- the best shmup I've played in years. While browsing their inventory I saw they had a copy of the incredibly rare Cotton System 16 PCB. I sent them an email asking for the pricing and I got a speedy reply from a representative named Ray Lui.

Ray answered my emails every single day for over a week. He cut me several discounts and researched cheaper shipping methods for me. He also insured the package and wrote up the customs declaration according to what I asked.

When the package arrived today I was blown away. Both boards are in beautiful shape (which is saying something since the Cotton board is copyrighted 1988) AND he threw in a free System16 ->Jamma harness adapter! In addition to that he also included a miniature stuffed teddy bear with a thank you and business card.

If Ray is any indication of the other people working there I can say this is the finest coinop site on the net. And did I mention how fast the shipping was? He sent Airmail and it was at my door in less than a week (from Hong Kong). Really fabulous experience, I can't recommend this site more. A+

LOL I was quoted $69 for 2 MVS carts EMS

The $200 minimum is just horrid. They're a good last ditch site if you absolutely CAN'T find a certain game anywehre else.

Excellent Com are excellent :kekeke:
Coinop doesn't accept paypal payments any larger than $500, that really sucks big time.

Although if I really NEEDED a game that I couldn't find anywhere else, I'd go to Coinop.

Yeah, my sentiments exactly. I think Excellentcom is better though. Fannie is nice to deal with; little bit of a language barrier between both Ray and Fannie, but Fannie seems like less of a goddamn car salesman than Ray did when I discussed a few arcade PCBs with both of them a couple of months ago.

Weird, Ray didn't seem like a car salesman at all when I dealt with him. He gave me massive discounts and included all the extras as aforementioned in my original post.

Nice to see an individual who has actually had some experience with the site though, rather the immature responses above.

I'm not sure as of yet why people prefer Excellentcom so much. I found a massive English barrier with them and very untimely email responses. Their shipping costs were also steeper to me. I guess it all just depends where you're located and what service you use though.

It could really just depend on the person as well; people interact differently with different kinds of people (redundant). In prior experiences with Ray, he's always come off as an edgy sales guy who's a little pushy, but that's my perspective. I've never haggled but just inquired if some prices were negotiable especially in large quantities and Ray's never caved in the numerous times I've ordered. He's fine to deal with though and has better communication than Fannie at Excellent.

I think people just prefer Excellent because of their better prices as Coinop does have some stupid policies concerning minimum orders and paypal stipulations.
