It's a long shot, but you guys continually suprise me:

Anyone know any arcades or game shops I should check out? I'd like to pick up something cool other than jet lag and black lung.

I have, and I've visited some last time I was there. Here's the thing though, lots of the best game places in China aren't well known and hard to find through Google searching. Partially due to restrictive internet laws in China, partly because console games have been gray market for a long time.

So I'm looking for personal experience and advice from the community. Go fuck a kangaroo if you don't want to participate.
