Cheapo way to power mv1fs?

I am currently using a computer PSU, but it seems that it adds noise to the audio line (nothing major, but I am OCD). I assume the dirty comes from an unclean ground.

I tested a psu from one of my servers, and that seems to keep the sound clean, so I can only assume the quality is much greater (unfortunately this needs to stay in the server.)

What do other people around here use for power (smaller the better).

Would using a 2amp 5v charger (aka one used for charging tablets) be enough? (I assume the board cares not if you have an earth ground.) I built a console case so a standard psu would be too tall. I had an older server psu that fit in it (long and skinny), but it died during the journey (note old).

If you do the +5v mod and the stereo mod then you can get away with the 5v 2A maybe, 2A should be just enough, I usually use 3A for the comfort.

You can get them off ebay just search for "5v 3a power supply" and choose the brand you like.
