I recently bought a Vulcan Venture PCB from a UK seller on eBay who was nice enough to open his auction to international bidders so that I could buy it.

We're having some trouble finding a carrier who will ship the PCB insured for less than 100-150 GBP (!!!). I need it shipped with insurance, but shipping time isn't a big issue for me (as long as it's less than, say, a month).

Does anybody have any advice for what carrier to use?

A PCB shouldn't weight much, even well packed. Parcelforce should ship it tracked, insured and within 7-10 day for £70 tops.

5Kilo! To the USA.

Anything over 2 Kilo and shipping goes insane.

Also depends how big it is, but a quick quote on parcel2go is showing UK to USA 5 Kilo Dimensions 30 by 30 by CM DHL Worldwide Express at £36.70.
