Cave board DIP switch

[PLECO]

I have 2 newer baords (Esp 2 and Deathsmile),where the DIP switch is not working.
I tested other cave boards (pinksweets,muchi pork,ibara) on the same machine and they work.
The 2 in question have 2 red lights "on" on the board near JAMMA conection.
The others that work have one or none "on".
I can't see these new boards having broken swithes.
Does the voltage need adjusting?
Am I missing something?

are you refering to the bank of 4 dipswitches? I'm not sure they do anything, from what I can understand from my reference instruction sheet that came with galuda 2. There is no mention of dipswitches or a table for settings. Only the in game menu.

Its a tiny button.
Should work at any time you push it.
Nothing happens.

LOL...................boy do I feel stupid.
You are correct sir!

You have to hold the button for a few seconds.
None of the other boards I mentioned did this.
It was instant with those.
