yes they both exist in uk, us and jap form.

basically the SNK version has cards you cannot get in the Capcom version , and vice versa.

You also have different playable characters in both games but they are purely cosmetic.

Mmmh... with all the different version of NGP games (JPN, ASN, USA, ENG, S/F) a comprehensive master list would be greatly appreciated...

They have a (not quite complete) database of NGPC stuff (and other systems) over there, including reviews and other bits and pieces. It's certainly shaping up to be a pretty good resource - I've used it several times for Wonderswan purchases.
