In the truck or civic...

I can't even keep up with what you have. Either a tuner civic or a crazy powerful diesel ram. In any case. If it is the truck, you got something pretty stiff in there for all the power or are you just burning through clutches.

The Civic has been gone since it was in Honda Tuning.

I'm getting a LUK PRO GOLD for the truck, it'll hold 1,000 ft lbs.

I've been pulling 30k #'s

And still get 15 mpg.

I wish I didn't need a truck though - diesel is killing me.

A Smart? Why?

I mean... are you ever in a rush to get somewhere? You would never get to destinations in time!

That's one of the reasons I love fast cars, I always believe that I can be anywhere in just 15 minutes :D

A BILLION MPG

-- now seriously, doesn't the Honda Insight offer you the same kind of MPG?

Honda Insight is dead and I don't even want to imagine how much pollution that thing causes from the making of those battery motors as well as disposing them. Also the slight thought of the cost of replacing one of those in an Insight scares the shit out of me.

I still say the best bet is a VW TDI

(For MPG and performance potential)

I like the VW Fox TDI and the VW Polo TDI, but those need to actually come over here. I've heard the Polo TDI might. I would be very interested in one of those.

But also, the appeal of the Smart Fortwo CDI (Diesel) is the fact that it's so small (and even easier to park) and I love the fact it only seats two (so people can't bum rides off of me, plus I'm not dating or anything for a very long time).

All earth loving reasons aside, I was always fond of the stupid spacey styling of the Insight.

The Honda Insight is a very important car in U.S. motor history since it was the first hybrid car introduced to the U.S. I just believe that hybrid cars are just a temporary solution.
