Capcom Mini Cute information/impressions wanted.

I've really been missing having a cabinet in the house and I always loved the look of these little things, so I wouldn't mind trying to track one down in the upcoming months.

Anyone have any links or personal pics of them in detail?

Some impressions would be nice too for those who own/have owned one.

Dimensions, weight and going rate would be nice too if you know those.

I know they come in pink and some kind of light blue, but is there anything else?

(I'd rather not get pink, but would settle if I had to.)

The only major problem I have with the Mini Cute is with games that don't support Free Play mode. You have to open up that huge front door to press the Service button to enter credits. Really sucks for playing Cave games.

Can probably get around that if you rigged up a little box with Test & Service buttons and ran the wiring for it through the coin return. Use a molex connector you can hide up there, so it looks clean when not hooked up.

Also the boards mount vertically, so I'd suggest planning your mounting holes for each pcb and drilling them out on the mount. Then use nuts & bolts instead of screws to mount the boards (there's some empty space behind the wooden mounting block, so the nuts will clear). Nice clean way to do it.

Other than that it's a great cab: monitor's easy to rotate, nice design, all the wiring's clean inside, external power switch, uses the same T-20 TR screw driver as the CPS2 boards (for rear panel entry & plexi glass removal).. that's about it.

Its easy I had a coin button in the coin return hole (30mm button clips in perfect fit) I also applied this mod to my Impress aswell.

I also had a full Naomi 2 GD-rom set-up in mine (vertical on the door) so no probs on space, some of the pics on Candy cab city are of my ex Cute.
