Maybe it's time to post more details? Unless there are some crazy extenuating circumstances, I know that I, for one, would be hesitant to deal with this guy.

actually it been more then 4 months cause we make the deal back in last mar/april ( phillip-bulletnyourass- actually pay for those games for me cause he brought some 360 game from me.. i shipped first then he paid)

It's been more than a year?

From my outsider's perspective, it looks like you got scammed. At the very least, it seems that AlphaONE is not interested in resolving this, given that he's still logging in and that he promised a refund months ago.

You might consider leaving negative feedback. (I'm always surprised at how unwilling people usually are to use that particular feature of the feedback system.) If I was a prospective buyer, I know that I'd want to know about these shenanigans.

Are these the same games that were originally lost in the mail and then showed up after you sent me a duplicate set? I cant believe you still havent been paid for them. If you have any contact info, I can try on my end to get in touch with him. Let me know via PM. Also, I have to update the scammers list this week with some info that kitkit sent me. If you want me to add AlphaOne to the list just let me know.

I hate to read stories like this. It makes you not want to deal with anyone, and takes the enjoyment out of things.
