One of my friend's younger brothers grad'd high school with a 2.7 GPA a couple of years ago.

He thought JFK was a famous actor who got shot, believed that WWII was all about America vs. Russia, thought we'd already put a man on Mars and argued with me that 1/4" is larger than 1/2".

The worst part is, he's actualy a rather sharp guy. Quick minded with great common sense, just zero education.
