any easy way of gettn the speakers out????

i took all of the screws out (from behind) from the metal casing that was holding in the speakers. You may want to turn the monitor vertical get one side, then turn it upside down-vertical to take out the other speaker assembly. The monitor chassis really gets in the way. Rotating the monitor can be done with one person, but it's a pain. I put the Blast on its back and rotated the monitor that way. Hope this helps.

I find it easier just to remove the monitor altogether.

I'd be shocked if people were successfully replacing speakers without having to split the cab in two.

Since the brackets that hold the speakers are sandwiched between the two halves of the cab, I would assume that's the only way to do it. Great design by the way.:hammer:

how did u reach the screws in the back of the metal case?

I took off the back panel, then took out the screws. I had to turn the monitor a certain way to get easier access to the speakers. Taking out the monitor is another option, but I didn't feel like unplugging it and worrying about where to put he monitor.

Anybody has some JST RA contacts they could sell? Digikey has a 8000 minimum, since its a nonstock item and I dont want to order $20 of stuff I dont need from giz10p or straight from JST for just the one contact that I need.

Anyone know where I can get a blast kick harness for soul edge/ soul calibur boards? I'm thinking I don't need to keep a dedicated cab for those games anymore with the blast now in my possession...

What is the easiest way to play both a 1-slot MVS and CPS2/3 games without rewiring all of my buttons each time? A Jamma fingerboard? Doing some sort of black magic on my looms? Thanks!

Looks like I missed that batch, though they did look quite pretty! Surely there must be another solution though...or are you guys all just switching your quick disconnects? How about something like wiring two pins on the AMP to a single button or something like that? Its getting the 4th button that's the issue...and the fact that the buttons end up being in the wrong order. Like:

I think this was talked about earlier in the thread..and please correct me if I'm wrong..but it was suggested to just pick up any Happ or similar quarter mech on ebay for around $15.00. They even sell in sets as well.

but if there is a parts dealer closer maybe someone can help out?
