Darn UPS. The tracking number showed "In transit - Next Day Air" all day, but they never delivered the games and now the number isn't showing up. I would assume that their system is updating for the night.

Does anyone know if UPS delivers on Sunday?

I just wanted to confirm so nobody thinks he is being shady, that saturday delivery for UPS is very wishy-washy. I've always had weekand troubles with them no matter how many times I've ordered from [insert any gaming site here].I personally don't trust UPS at all. This problem is usually UPS's problem and never anybody elses.But if your going to do UPS I think the best times for people to make orders is Mon-Thurs.

Yep, they attempted to deliver at 9:41 this morning, I think it was, but I was at work. Since I wouldn't be home tomorrow to sign for the package, either, I called and arranged to pick it up at the closest UPS service center in Loveland, which is on my way home from work. So it will be available for me to pick up starting tomorrow.

Looking forward to leaving work a half-hour early tomorrow to go get it!

There has never really been a reason not to trust us, our eBay feedback is good, it seems there were some outside eBay transactions from the previous regime that went awry, but mainly Dave has a beef over a relatively small amount of money in the grand scope of all the dollars we transacted. Offered a split down the middle, he refuses. Hes torched us all over the net.

i know many of you have had great transactions with Dave, but you guys have to understand, there is a big difference between how a seller treats you as end user customers versus how he treats his supply people. If he craps on you all, he is hurting himself, if he craps on me, it is supply end so who cares, hes also in direct competition with me when it comes to sales.

You offered me less than what you owe.

I crap on anyone that does this. I have brought out a few customers here exactly like this as well.

Whether you think so or not, I treat suppliers very fair. Don't go saying that I undermine my suppliers. If I did that, I'd be out of business. I take care of them well. When problems arise, I also take care of them well. The situation you described is exactly how this situation is... you made well on everyone elses transaction but ours.... of course because I brought this public. If I hadn't of brought this public, I don't think these other people with problems would have been taken care of. It would have been swept under the carpet. You wouldn't respond to me in private to get this fixed... so I brought it public.

Small amount of money or not, you owe it... and you refuse to pay. You refuse to pay an "small" amount of money (as you put it) and follow up on an obligation. I have pointed out where the $170 inconsistency is. I can prove if via documentation. And yet, you don't want to work anything out. Splitting it in half is fine for you because you only pay half of what you owe and get to pocket the rest.

I hope you have fun living with the fact that you stole our money (I'm sure you don't care though). People here may not believe it... they may believe it.... things may have been washed over with your "good faith deals." but eventually, someone will see past that.

but don't tell people that I do not treat my suppliers well because that is far from the truth. In fact, I would go as far to say that I treat my suppliers as good as I treat my customers. And don't say that you are proof... because normal suppliers do not pull the other crap you did. I treat BOTH my suppliers and customers as royalty as they are both vital to my success. And I am in VERY LITTLE direct competition with you. I work mostly off my website now and very little on Ebay. You are on Ebay. I can't stand Ebay.... and working off our site is working a lot better than Ebay.

Just send over the $85 as you offered. or if you want to be generous and not send cash... send a boxed working neo cd with manual (near mint)

I've tried numerous times to make ends meet, different settlements..etc. I've tried to take products. I've been trying to work this out with you since last June/July.

If it doesn't work out this time, I will file reports and just be done with it. I didn't file yet because after Highlander came in, I thought you might actually have had a change in heart.

I have documented proof of where the error is. Even though you say we don't know.... I have the proof that could be sent to you.

The only reason I even brought this public is because you stopped responding to me and ignored my emails. I was ignored since last September (till the time you wrote in this thread). Why are you NOW ready to talk things out? All you had to do was respond to me and work things out and this would never have happened.

Just settle the $85, and I'll kill this thread. This is the only place I have written about you btw. the thread at boycottbuyrite only points to here.
Settle this and I will be out of your hair and I will not post or talk about you anymore. And you will need to agree likewise.
I will go on here and edit every one of my posts, you will do like wise, ok? Also, with that agreement... you will agree to work things out with the other guy that claims you owe him $400, ok?

I am being 100% honest when I say this... I absolutely HATE dragging people through the dirt. But this is the only way I got a response.

I stopped at the USP service center last night on my way home from work and picked up my package. It was packed very well, both games and the controller are in excellent shape, just as described. The controller, in particular, appears to be nearly brand new. The collectors' books that came with both are in perfect condition, too.

I really appreciate the free overnight shipping and the careful packaging job. those are all top notch items, and I am very happy with our deal overall.

Man, customs is HARSH sometimes. It's worth it for a Japanese Saturn, though. The 2-D shooters on there are great, and there are a bunch of excellent fighters that never came out in America, either.

A few that I consider MUST-BUYS:

Soukyugurentai- if you like Raizing at all, you'll love this. I think it's better than Battle Garegga, and it's much cheaper, too. Buy it for about $35 USD, love it, cherish it.

Marvel (or X-Men) vs. Street Fighter: X-Men vs. SF comes with the 4 meg cart, and it's a great port of the arcade game. I like the characters in Marvel a little better, but it doesn't come with the cart, so I would recommend just buying both.

Cyberbots: obscure and very fun little 2-D fighter with a mech twist to it. Works without the RAM cart, but also works with it to enhance the animation. The limited edition comes in a nice premium pack with a collector's art book- don't know if a regular edition was released.

Battle Garegga is great, but increasingly pricey. Got my copy for $77 in NM condition a few months ago, now it's hard to find for under $100. Very, very manic shooter with a TON of unique play mechanics (run away from the powerups!).

Shining Force III Scenario 2 and 3: the combat works great even without being able to understand the story. Too bad that save data from U.S. Scenario 1 doesn't work with JP Scenario 2 and 3!

Also, if you aren't into collecting the high-value small print run American Saturn releases, you can get the JP version far cheaper, most of the time. I spent $86 on a NM complete copy of Guardian Heroes US, JP version sells for about $30. Panzer Dragoon Saga is cheap on JP, too, but you'd need a good translation. Good stuff.
