Just to say my .02 cents of this thread. After all my transactions I have done with Dave, I have never once questioned him when it comes to his business practices or his Word. As for what I have read and understand, Dave is out money that is owed to him. Dave has always come through on every transactions with Flying Colors. As for other members on this board, they can more then agree on how Good Dave is as a business person and a contributing member of this board.

As it stands, Dave is owed $170.00 that as of this time has not been given back to him. StraightfromJapan owes him this money. Do the right thing and pay back what you owe.

you cant make a blanket statement like that because the whole issue is in dispute and you dont know any details except the general story on here. As Dave even says on here today that there was a "settlement" agreed on previously. Well, by nature, doesnt the word "settlement" mean that there is a question of who owes what?

If I bought something from you for $50 wouldnt it be clear that I owe you $50? There wouldnt be a "settlement" for $50 would there?

The whole thing is far from black and white, I offered to split the difference down the middle so that nobody feels jilted, and Dave absolutely refuses. now let me ask this: if Im throwing away my own money by shipping things express to Great Britain, why wouldnt I just pay Dave the $170 and be done with it? Im already out more than $170 doing what Im doing for several people on here. What does that tell you?

wait wait... I said you wanted to settle by sending me games.... and at that point I stopped hearing from you in september and my emails were ignored. Other than that... there was no "settlement" or attempts there-of.

I know well enough to know he's not gonna settle for something half of what he is entitled to. If I was owed an amount of money and the person that told me, how about we split and cut our loses, I would tell him to try again.

Honestly, that's a good question. Or it could be you want to finish up your deas to look like a good guy. I have seen many people come on here, profess alot of promises and try to act nice and honest, and you know what ends up happening, people get screwed over. AM I saying your doing this, No. What I am saying is since Dave is out $170.00, pay it back to him. You would be clear and that would end up completely. There would be no question as to how it ends. As you stated yourself, If you used your own money to ship something to Great Britian to take care of an issue, what's an extra 85.00 to end this dispute. You go your way, Dave goes his and you both end up not doing business anymore.

I am professing no opinion in this matter, since only BV and SFJ can really know the details, but I will certainly take you up on the free overnight shipping offer, SFJ, for those two games I mentioned earlier- which I just bought.

I paid all shipping and product prices up front.

The lag of $170 is from the Magical Drop 2 AES that was never delivered to me. I paid this game up front as well. That game .... you originally told me it was $170. I said I wanted it. You raised the price to $240... I said... go ahead and let me have it. Magical Drop 2 didn't show up. I asked Tina what the deal was. She said you said that it was sold before you got it. We made up $65 of it for a twinkle star sprites Neo CD and a small part in shipping ($5).

Mind you it took 2-3 weeks to get Ninja masters and a fewother AES and CD items... via express mail.

I want to end this thing... you want to end this thing...
Lets just finish it and end this thread. I'll leave you alone for good.
You admitted that you were ignoring my emails a few threads back... Now you said you weren't going to ignore them any more and that we can work this out via email... my email is open, and If you really want to work this out.. drop me a line.

Hi Kaede,

It was a photo finish, but I did get the system to UPS in time before they closed. The system itself is enroute via overnight delivery. I wasnt able to get the games in, I keep those at our shop and the shop is kind of a long drive from my home. I keep stock of systems at home in my storage area just to keep the hired help from getting "cute"

Games will go overnight w/ Saturday delivery tomorrow, you will get those saturday. I'll throw in another game for you, probably fatal fury 3 or something like that for the delay on those softs.

Dave, from the invoices I pieced together, There was a load that shipping was never paid. I sat there doing the plus and minus thing from invoice to invoice and was left with oweing you an item and it being canceled out by shipping. Since we were finished doing business, I called it a wash.

Ive offered $85 since Ive not received anything to the contrary and we both know how invoices were living documents between us. Literally amended several times right up until shipment. You wont do this so I guess move on to whatever next step you had in mind. If it takes a 3rd party to examine it, Im all for it.

I dont care if a police officer gets involved. I'll have him in, give him a cup of Joe and hash out my story. I really dont know how anything will get solved. Hes gonna look at my pile of emails and invoices and call in someone from M.I.T. to decipher it.

If you need help piecing it together, I have it all printed out and ready to mail to you.

You can have the docs by Monday.

I have what I bought. Price on the deals (sorted by transaction / date), I have all old emails (chronological order).... including the one about the MGD2 problem, I have our electronic inventory setup for the deals, and I also have the shipping split out. I paid all shipping up front.... AS WELL AS all products up front as well. Nothing was shipped to me without a payment in full.
