Hell no, I think there's a more than decent chance he would have scammed whoever bought it from him.

You gave him ample opportunity to sell it to you and get his money, but he didn't take it.

I would suggest that Phillip add him to the scammers and timewasters thread.

Well, I don't know about that... he supposedly had a PS3, Wii, and Xbox 360 for sale at the same time and he could not provide proof of their existence. From what I remember in his replies to interested parties, he sounded pretty shady.

Yeah I was actually about to buy a modded xbox from him like 6 months ago for $250. He wouldn't accept paypal when I asked and would only take a money order. He said if I explained to him how to make a Paypal account then he would accept it, so I took the time to write him some quick instructions on how to do it. Never heard back. I would definitely say he's a scammer.
