There is the eBay purchase I made. Cart arrived today and the shape of it is SUPER BAD! For starters, the insert has indentations all along the top of the insert on the front and back of the insert like someone took thier fingers and pushed in the insert on purpose. The back of the insert is ripped in a small spot and just plain looks like shit Then the cart condition is like crap! The cart has 6 (SIX!!!!!) Insertion marks! My god, AND the cart has fucking scratches ALL OVER THE BACK from the SNK logo and I TOLD THAT BASTARD to put small bubblewrap under the cart so it doesnt get scratches from the SNK logo, did he do that for me, hell no! Even the manual has bends in it and the plastic baggie has rips in it! If this thing was in any worse condition it would be classified by Shawn as good- condition! All in all if this asshat lived in CA, he would be a fucking dead man walking.

Avoid this jerkoff at ANY COST! He better give me a refund or I will find a way to kill him! lol

Thanks for the kind words BB. I almost want to take pics of this thing to show everyone what a rip off artist this guy is. Even the inside of the snaplock case had dirt in it under the cart (Probally why it was so badly scuffed up). It was sad.. I was so happy to get it in the mail, I was thinking "wow, what a deal for a brand new cart of Fatal Fury 3 USA AES" and then opened that box up and was like "wow good packaging" then I took my time , like it was a piece of gold, unwrapping it so I dont damage the insert, and to my surprise I got, well.... you know. :P

I emailed him on eBay saying I want to return it to him so he can refund my money and I gotta wait till he replies. Ok so I was a little different in my email to him, but I got my point across hopefully.

I think I am gonna try to just buy from people here at the forums from now on as the package from Neogodzilla arrived today at the same time and his stuff was super minty and packeged better than the way I even pack items, unreal. I am very happy with Neogodzillas items.

His return policys states

Will be worth keeping us advised on what the outcome of this is.!!!!

I bought a "brand new" Ghost Pilots once and it came with a razor blade slash through it. That shit pissed me off. I don't like ebay.

This morning I got an email from that loser that sent me the POS FF3 cart and this is exactly what he wrote to me:

Howdy,

Hear you're having problems. Frist of all the game cart is new, never have played it. I bought brand new with severl other NEO carts at the same time. I still have the receipt. If damaged just send it back with the oringal box, in a new box. Before sealing it, take it to the post office. Tell them it was damage in transit and that you are returning it to the seller for insurance purposses. They'll need the insuance number on the boxs. Then mail it back. Once we receive it I will refund your money plus shipping one way, for a total of $178.15. With in 3 days of receiveing the game cart.

Man like it being sent in the mail will cause a brand new game to have a ripped insert, screwed up plastic over the insert, indentations IN the insert and NOT TO MENTION bad shipping now days causes INSERTION MARKS to appear on the cart. Shit this guy must think he is dealing with a Neo Newb or some shit.

So now hes gonna use fraud against the Post Office to make some $$ then he will refund my $$ and resell it on eBay for more $$. Guys like this are sick in the head.

Should I do what he asks or what. If I get involved wouldnt it be ME who is doing the fraud?

and yes it is the one in the picture, he purposely didnt take well lit up pics so that I cannot see the damaged cart, or the damaged insert, notice I said the TOP of the insert is damaged, you cannot see the top of the insert in the photos he gave people, the cart is full of scratches on the back, again he did not give pics of the back of the cart or its insertion marks, the manual has bends in it yet he said nothing about that either. Same cart as in the pics but yet not as advertised. Not 1 New game from Shawn EVER looked like this, and I have bought a TON of stuff from Shawn, so I think it is straight fraud.

Can you not simply email him and tell him that you are returning it and thats it, surely no need to get yourself tied in to a PO Insurance claim that is not your responsibilty.

Just tell him in your opinion it is not damaged due to shipping, end of story and nothing to do with you.

The box and packaging were undamaged therefore the contents could not have been damaged.

The Item is classified as a Significantly not as described as it is clearly not New.

If you have paid with Paypal you are covered against that.

Would mean filing an Ebay Complaint, however I woud give him opportunity to pay you back first before you consider filing a claim.

Either way you have to send the Cart back, Insured and Signed for.

You simply need a refund.

There are some pics I took of the game. Please tell me if I am the one overreacting in this case. Would you guys consider this game to be in 10+ Condition out of 10 and in Pristine Condition? Im no photographer so it is hard to get perfect lighting to see all insert marks etc... but they are there in the right lighting.

I think perhaps Im not the only person here that says this is in good- condition! :P

If you bought this item in Pristine so called NEW condition and recieved what is in these pictures would you be pissed off too?

Im gonna do what CADMAN2K says, Im just gonna ship it back and prey for a refund, then Im gonna email some of the people that bid on it and give them the link to the pics so they are warned as well.

Did you guys look at these pictures of this Uber NEW minty cart?

Shit, I just tried to play the game and it was so filthy the game wouldnt play. I had to bust out 4 qtips and rubbing alcohol and clean the cart hardcore just for it to play. It took all 4 qtips to get it clean, it must have been played ALOT before geetting to me.

I would tell him that the item was not damaged in shipping, so you are not going to commit mail fraud. Tell him you will return it insured, and if he wishes to claim damage in shipping he can take his own chances with the feds. If he continues to be a dick just do a chargeback with paypal and if he leaves you negative feedback submit this thread url as your response. That's how I would handle it. Ebay scammers are the scum of the earth.

Well you wanted me to keep you updated on this eBay auction gone sour. Well today I got an email from PayPal saying I got a FULL Refund! and a message from the seller:

Damn sorry man, You were right, it is damaged. It dosn't even look like the game we sent. We turned it over to the USPS, there investigating it now. I'm still leaving you excellent feedback.
