I hope this works- its my first time posing an image on a messageboard (hey, theres a first time for everyone!)

uhh - I just foud out that all avatars are supposed to be gif images.
So here it is in gif format....

Actually, .JPGs are fine as well.

Uploaded. You will now need to select "Custom" within the list of Avatars in your Profile.
