what you should do is go to download.com and look for an animated gif program.

open that animated gif in the program to get all the frames. edit them to a smaller 64x64 size, then set them back up in the gif animater.

A little tedious, but it will work.

I have one done right now... almost done the second. I'll have them hosted soon hopefully.

@ dfx : this avatar is nice, but it's fucking huge, too. do you really need something like that? i'm pretty sure that it would have killed my dc's modem ...
