Avatar Size? 75x75 or 64x64?

I've seen a few people with both sizes 75x75 and 64x64. What is the standard size? Can we use the 75x75 now?

Should be 64 x 64 max. If you or anyone else could point out the member #'s with the 75's I will edit down to the 64 size.
